Community Rules

outsourceDash works because members trust what they see here. These rules apply to everything you post: your profile, portfolio projects, collab posts and replies.
1. Keep it professional
outsourceDash is a professional network for UAE creatives. Post work, collab requests and replies you'd be comfortable showing a client or an agency. No nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or content that is offensive or inappropriate for a professional community.
2. Share only your own work
Only upload work you created or contributed to, and credit the agency, brand or collaborators where it applies. Don't post other people's work as your own, or share client work you don't have the rights or permission to show.
3. Be honest
Keep your profile, projects and collab posts accurate. Don't use fake names or impersonate someone else, and don't exaggerate your role on a project, your experience, or your availability.
4. Respect other members
No harassment, bullying, threats, or hateful content aimed at anyone because of who they are. Disagree professionally. Don't share other people's personal details without their permission.
5. No spam or scams
Don't flood the platform with repeated posts, unrelated promotion, affiliate links or mass messages. Never ask members for payment, fees or personal financial details as a condition of work.
6. Post in the right place
Portfolio projects are for your creative work. The Collab Board is for real collaboration requests and offers. Keep replies relevant to the post you're replying to.
7. Play fair
Don't game points, badges or referrals with fake accounts, self-referrals or automated activity. The leaderboard should reflect genuine contribution.
8. What happens if content breaks these rules
Our team may remove a post, portfolio project or reply that breaks these rules. When we do, you'll get a notification and an email explaining why. Your account stays active. Repeated or serious violations, such as scams, harassment or fake accounts, can lead to your account being suspended.
9. Think we got it wrong?
Reply to the removal email or write to outsourcedash@gmail.com and we'll take another look. If you see something that breaks these rules, use the Report button on the member's profile.
